Byron L Frazier Jr. born and raised in Philadelphia PA, severed in the United States Navy for 5 years.  His position was Quartermaster (QM), in which he was primarily in charge of the overall safe navigation of the ship. 

     After his time in the military, he decided to follow his erstwhile abiding love for music and created Too Rich To Be Famous  which is a management, distribution, and marketing agency for entrepreneurs and entertainers.  Too Rich To Be Famous was formed in 2018 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Services includes talent agency, video production, music distribution, business education, tour and concert production, musical philanthropy, social media marketing, and much more.
